Experience of the Coaching Intervention

Victor introduced a new way of thinking to our group with particular focus on the group’s Purpose and Values which entailed first establishing these parameters.

It was a very interesting and rewarding exercise as nearly all the participants had not progressed past secondary education. The participants have continued to follow the basic of what they learnt.

A great benefit is that all are now able to evaluate business situations and interact with each other with commonality of thought.
