Experience of the Coaching Intervention

I’ve been fortunate enough to experience the coaching of Mr. Borchers for three years. The manner in which the coaching has been delivered was of the highest order. Within our business, it’s an immeasurable benefit given to the staff.

What distinguishes Mr. Borchers from other coaches I’ve had in the past is his ability to speak about complex business and management theories from his personal experience. His hunger for knowledge and dedication to add value to the lives of others is unparalleled. He has made management and the understanding of management the art of his life.

I’ve grown personally and in my ability within my role at the Royal Portfolio through three ways of training; from larger team sessions to small focus groups and finally to one-on-one. This varied approach has allowed for a thorough transfer of knowledge and shows an advanced understanding of the different skills needed to teach.

Our business has a very strong set of values and a purpose statement ingrained into the soul of every employee. Mr. Borchers drove the creation and indoctrination of the purpose and values into our senior staff complement, and for this we’re extremely grateful.
