Experience of the Coaching Intervention

During May of 2006, I had a number of individual coaching sessions with Victor and a full day plenary session with our entire management team that Victor led.

Overall I was very satisfied with the sessions.

Individual sessions:

The sessions with Victor gave me the opportunity to reflect on my personal achievements and helped me to refocus my personal vision and goals. As a direct result of this intervention I left Vision Point of Sale and started my own consulting business.

Plenary session – Management Team:

The plenary session was well run and helped members of the team to open up and air concerns/frustrations in a constructive environment.

Victor is very challenging and thorough in his coaching sessions. I would gladly refer Victor to senior personnel in any organization that have a desire to perform at their full potential.
